Animation Theme: Motivating Indians to Vote!
About Event
Diffr presents e-कलाContest which is a Short Animation video contest and is open to everyone who is into animation. This is organized by Diffr which is a creative job and candidate search portal. This live animation contest in India is to promote the creativity of talented individuals and provide them with a platform where they can showcase their work and get more work.
Entries are open only for 2D/3D animated short videos with a duration of a maximum of 45 seconds each. The theme of this animation contest is ‘Motivating Indians to vote’. The main idea is to develop an animated video where the animator will promote elections and voting and will promote voting through his/her imagination and animation.
The animator may choose any kind of animation and create it as the central idea of the video. The story should be set around the topic itself. Entries without either of these components shall not be eligible for the contest. The animator can use any language too if he/she wants to communicate the message.

Technical Details:
- Definition of 2D film: 2D animation implies that the object is two-dimensional and comprises of characters or objects that are rendered visually on paper, film or on screen in two planes representing only the width and height.
- Definition of 3D film: 3D animation implies that the object is three-dimensional and comprises of objects in height, width, and depth. Characters made in 3D are more realistic in contrast to 2D characters.
- Please upload your video on our website only. Films uploaded through Google drive or we transfer links will not be accepted. Storyboards, scripts as Word or PDF documents or pictures will not be accepted as entries.
- Please ensure the films are submitted in HD format and are in the ratio 16:9 in Horizontal format. Films submitted in vertical formats will not be accepted.
- Entries are open only for 2D/3D animated short films with a duration of maximum 45 seconds each.
The last date of submission is 30th May 2024.
